The Easiest Junk Free Ice Cream Ever!


Literally just a 50:50 ratio of cream and yoghurt. If dairy free go for coconut cream and coconut yoghurt here.


Throw the cream and yoghurt into a food processor.


Next add flavours of your choice such as frozen berries, nuts or other fruit. Today I used Dark Chocolate and Mint from my garden. No nasty flavouring in sight! You can pretty much do any flavour combo that takes your fancy!


What flavour combo would be top on your list?

Blitz in a food processor and place into a freezer safe dish.


Next freeze for a few hours. Prior to serving remove and let it soften a little for about 10-15 minutes. You can keep in the freezer for up to a month.
