With a newborn I am all for easy. This snack or quick to whip up take to BBQ dish this summer definitely meets this criteria 😆
Avos are great inflammatory fighters. Totally my go to as they are also a perfect nutrient dense food during pregnancy or breastfeeding as they are high in folate, potassium, vitamin C, and vitamin B6!
With a few good for you ingredients you can really add more pop to your avo mush! Plus it’s a great way to use up your stash of avocados about to go to waste.
🥑 Popping Guacamole 🥑
1/4 of a red onion finely chopped
1 tomato finely chopped
Juice of 1 lemon
Handful of coriander or parsley
Salt + Pepper to taste
Chilli flakes (optional)
In a bowl mash avocados. Add all the other ingredients and mix together well. Serve with corn chips or with fresh bread 🤤 Serve and devour straight away. Trust me it’s very easy to do 😆
